Can I change my pick-up time?

Unfortunately, you are not able to change your pick-up time once your order has been confirmed. You may, however, cancel the order and place a new one with the accurate information.

How will I know whether my parcel has been delivered?

Both the sender and the recipient will be notified once the parcel has been delivered. You may also track your parcel here.

How will I know when the rider/driver will pick up my parcel?

Our riders/drivers will contact you within 3 hours if you place an order between 8am-12pm. For orders placed after 12pm, our riders will contact you the next day.

How long does it take for my order to be assigned for my driver?

Our riders/drivers will be in touch with you within 3 hours if you place an order within 8am-12pm. For orders past 12pm, our riders will be in touch with you the next day.

What do I do if my parcel has been rejected by customs?

You will receive an email with details regarding the rejection and we will also contact you to arrange the next course of action.  For a smooth customs clearance, do refer here for the list of items which fall under the prohibited items list.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Go to 'Manage Order' and you may cancel your order in that tab. If your order has yet to be assigned a driver, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
