When can I use Teleport Next Day?
Deliveries & pick-up, via Teleport Next Day, is available everyday, inclusive of weekends & public holidays, unless stated otherwise. T&C's apply.
How much will it cost me to use Teleport Next Day?
Teleport Next Day is priced at RM20 for the first kg and each subsequent kg at RM5. Up to a maximum of 7kg.
How long will it take for my parcel from KL to reach Singapore or Bangkok?
All orders placed before our cut-off time (12PM) will be delivered on the following day.
When will my order be picked up?
Orders that are placed before our cut-off time (12PM) will be picked up on the same day whereas orders that are placed after our cut off off time (12PM) will be picked up on the next day.
Where is Teleport Next Day available at?
Teleport Next Day is available for deliveries from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore and Bangkok.
How can I track the status of my parcel?
You can track the status of your order at here.. In addition, you will be receiving email & SMS notifications throughout your delivery.
